Email your completed Registration Form and any Field Trip Forms as a PDF to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. along with the Credit Card Authorization Form. We will keep your credit card on file for any future use. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please call to confirm that we have received it.
* Please do not email the form as a JPEG or photo, please use the writeable PDF form.
* Please do not email the forms before the Wednesday, March 6th registration date.

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
