Born and Raised in Holland Township

I have a passion for fitness, health, and exercise. I have 7 years of resistance and respiratory training experience, which varies from personal development to sports training. I utilize my education and experience to help you achieve your goals. My goal is to provide an enjoyable environment that is safe and ultimately helps you see the progress and results that you desire.

I believe that all physical fitness can be accomplished through a three step process: Concentration, Control, and Contraction. These three pillars are a process and progression which apply to every exercise, goal, and result. My Objective is guide you through this to accomplish your goals and ultimately see the results you are looking for.

Angela Verdi

My name is Angela Verdi. I have been an Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2015 working with the Adult and Older Adult population in various settings such as; Long-Term Care, Sub-Acute Care and Outpatient services provided within the client’s home.

For the last 4 years, fitness and nutrition has become a major part of my life. Within those 4 years, I struggled with finding a balance between exercise and diet with my professional and personal life. Since I was little I struggled with eczema; however 3 years ago I developed dyshydrotic eczema on my hands. Through many trials and tribulations, I found that a plant-based diet has significantly decreased my symptoms with few exacerbations.

In 2018, I made the decision to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. As a result of my professional and personal experience, I have become passionate about the importance of fitness, health and nutrition through all stages of life while finding a balance with what works for YOU!
