Policies & Procedures

Agreement for Members Paying by Automatic Draft

I understand that this is an on-going membership payment plan, and I must pay by automatic draft. I understand that my draft will process on the fifteenth of every month, regardless of when it shows on my statement, and I authorize Riegel Ridge Community Center to initiate an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Terminating or Changing Membership Procedure, Automatic Draft & Fees

The RRCC requires 30-day written notice to terminate or change your membership in any way. You must submit the Membership Edit Form to the RRCC Director. I understand that this means I will still have one final draft after the date I have signed this form. I understand that my membership usage will expire 30 days from the final draft. Should any membership payment not be honored by my bank, for any reason, I realize that I am still responsible for the payment plus a $10 service charge assessed by the RRCC. This is an addition to any service fee my bank may charge.

I understand that it is my responsibility to notify RRCC in writing should I change my financial institution and/or account at any time.

I understand that it is my responsibility to provide the RRCC with credit card/bank information throughout the term of my membership. Should the RRCC be unable to process my monthly EFT, it could result in the suspension of my membership.
